Goal One:Set up organization.

Goal Two: Write Mission Statement and Design Logo. Goal Two Complete.

Goal Three:Build Golden Triangle groups on other social networks. Goal Three 4 Social groups complete. Twitter volunteer needed.

Goal Four:Build Stand alone website to easily promote to those not members of social networking groups.

Goal Five:Promote The Golden Triangle Tea Party until it is a household name within our region.

Goal Six:Hold open to the public protest and rally's within the Golden Triangle.

Priority Goal:Hold Golden Triangle Tea Party Introduction Rally preferably at Ford Park!

Meeting Results

Our organizational meeting was a successful event.

We discussed the potential of having an accountant outside of the group to manage bookkeeping and resolved to research the proposition.  Fundraising will begin once our bookkeeping needs are met and a bank account has been set up.

The Tea Party Movement began in 2009 with the Tax Day Tea Party events that were held in all 50 States to protest wasteful Government Spending and Government Intrusion. Since that time the Movement has not ended, it has grown. We in the Golden Triangle will be a part of that movement.

There is much work to be done in the Golden Triangle, Texas and the United States to make the voices of We The People be heard by our elected officials. Please join with us in making our voices be heard in the Golden Triangle.

The Golden Triangle Tea Party is dedicated to planning and executing Tea Party Events in The Golden Triangle while continuing to support other groups within the Tea Party Movement throughout Southeast Texas, Our State and Our Country.
